Descriptions
Considerable care has been taken to ensure that all details on the Alkara Limited website - materials/colours/measurements) are correct. However, given all products are handcrafted there may be very small discrepancies. In the event that a misrepresentation has been made, Alkara Limited will endeavour to correct the position, however, goods are sold subject to their description at the time of the sale. Alkara Limited accepts no liability where it has correctly carried out the clients wishes and the result is not to the client's taste, although Alkara Limited will always endeavour to put this right for the client.
Price
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling unless otherwise specified. All product prices are exclusive of delivery and packaging, unless otherwise stated. Details of delivery charges will be shown at the Shopping Cart Checkout to the client upon receipt of their order. Prices are correct at the time of order and valid for a specific time period, as such, clients should always check that they are aware of the current prices. All orders for products are subject to availability and Alkara Limited reserves the right to refuse to supply an individual or organisation.
Sales
Alkara Limited accepts payment for purchases by Paypal and credit card. Refunds will only be given on goods that are faulty and returned to Alkara Limited by Royal Mail Special Delivery, or by a reputable courier company in an unused condition within seven days of receipt. NO returns or refunds or exchanges are given on products sold with a discount. Clients are responsible for packaging and postage/courier costs on returns and are responsible for the product until it reaches Alkara Limited. Please let us know by email within 24 hours of receipt if your product is faulty. Products are only sent to the client upon receipt of cleared funds into Alkara Limited's bank account.
Delivery
Currently Alkara Limited only delivers within the UK. All Bags and Accessories are packaged and dispatched using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service or a reputable courier company. Any date or time period for delivery will be considered as indicative only and does not form any part of a guarantee. The client will be informed of any products not available at the time of their order and such products will be sent to the client as soon as possible thereafter (manufacturing time periods vary greatly between products). Alkara Limited cannot be held responsible for losses or inconveniences caused as a result of delays in deliveries by Alkara Limited. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. Deliveries will only be made to the address of the person who is the client of the products. If you are an overseas client, please email us at info@alkara.org.
Passing of Property
The title of the products does not pass to the client until the full payment has been made by the client, and payment has been received by Alkara Limited and the goods delivered.
Passing of Risk
The risk in the products will pass to the client upon delivery at the client's address. The risk in this context is taken to mean any damage or cost arising as a result of the purchased products to either the client, the client's property or to any other third party or property.
General
These terms and conditions may be revised at any time and Alkara Limited reserves the right to do so. You are therefore advised to keep up to date with the contents of these terms and conditions as revisions are binding upon you. Nothing in these and conditions will reduce the clients statutory rights.
